Shipping

We use United Parcel Service (UPS) ground service as our standard method for deliveries within the United States and Canada. We ship only to street addresses, and regret that we cannot ship to post office boxes. For orders within the United States, our shopping cart system will automatically calculate UPS shipping charges.For orders to Canada, our charges are the higher of 18% of the total purchase price of the order, with a minimum of $8.00  In the event an item unavailable or on back order from a vendor, no additional charge will be made if a second shipment is required to complete the order. In the event that our shopping cart does not calculate a UPS shipping charge, please refer to the table below.

Our confirmation e-mail will include a tracking number from UPS for each shipment.

Overnight shipping is available as an option at additional cost. Please e-mail us at customerservice@teapet.com or call us at (800) 526-1487 or (978) 681-0745 should you wish to utilize this option.

Teapet.com will ship items outside of the US and Canada, but shipping options and rates will vary considerably by country. As a result, we require international customers to e-mail us at customerservice@teapet.com, or call us at +1-978-681-0745 for assistance in determining shipping costs prior to finalizing international orders.

Returns

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return your purchase in its original packaging, with the packing slip included with that order, and your teapet.com order confirmation e-mail receipt within 30 days of purchase for refund or exchange. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If a product is damaged in shipping or defective, we will gladly exchange it with no further shipping charges.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase outside of this time period, please let us know, as your satisfaction is important to us.
